WorkCover Counselling
As a registered provider with the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA), I support people who are eligible for WorkCover claims. I provide a safe, respectful and compassionate space where your experiences are heard, understood and your recovery is guided at a pace that feels right for you.

Sustaining an injury at work — whether physical, psychological, or both, can affect every part of your life. Feelings of anxiety, overwhelm, sadness, anger, and uncertainty can impact your sense of security, how you experience yourself, relate with others and navigate daily life.
I acknowledge your many layers of recovery. This includes recognising that challenges relating to disrupted routines, financial pressures, concerns about job security, fears about returning to work or re‑injury can intensify emotional distress. I provide guidance in managing stress, building emotional resilience, and developing personalised strategies to navigate anxiety, depression, and fear related to your injury.

Accessing counselling support early can ease the return-to-work transition, help you regain confidence and reconnect with work, community and family. My approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and person-centred. This means I seek to empower you, prioritise your safety, dignity, choice, and voice in every step of the process, recognising your strengths, while supporting you with respect, care and sensitivity through recovery.

Collaboration is central to my approach, and with your consent, I work alongside your healthcare team and case managers to ensure your physical and emotional recovery are supported together.

I welcome referrals and enquiries from individuals and healthcare professionals. All services follow SIRA guidelines and are provided in a way that is both reasonable and necessary, with clear timeframes and transparency throughout your care.
